The items in this auction are consigned to us by a large internet company and consisit of returned items and overstocks. We have not inspected these items and make no guarantees regarding commission. The Seller will not accept any returns and the Buyer assumes all risk in purchasing. Absolutely no refunds or returns can be accepted. Please stop by on Friday from 12pm to 7pm to inspect items prior to bidding. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. SHIPPING All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Payment is due immediately after auction close. Items must be picked up the Friday following the auction. Any items not picked up on the Friday after the auction close will be assessed a storage fee. The item will considered abandoned after two consecutive Fridays and the item will be resold to cover the storage fees. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition of all purchases. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding as we are not responsible for errors in cataloging, photographing or listing auction items.
